Join this monthly sacred gathering that leads us to connect deeper with our body, soul and spirit in dance, as a healing medicine for our inner world. The circle opens with a group connection and meditation to enter our heart, from which we then respectfully release ourselves in spontaneous movements in a non-judgmental space. Ecstatic Dance is a -no shoes- no talking- no substances event, family friendly (children up to 12 dance for free, always accompanied and supervised by their parents). The contribution is between €20 and €30, depending on the event program and the personal financial possibilities of the participants. We invite you to contribute responsibly and value the collective effort of creating this shared community experience. Everyone has the right to dance!
